Shipping Using Your Own Carrier Account


Required for Orders Over $800 | Available for Any Order

We can ship any order using your UPS, FedEx, or DHL account. For orders over $800, this is the only shipping option available.

What You’ll Need
  1. An active UPS, FedEx, or DHL account
  2. Your carrier account number provided during checkout

Orders cannot be processed without valid carrier account information.

What Gets Charged to Your Account

All of the following fees are billed directly to your carrier account:

  1. Shipping charges
  2. All applicable tariffs and duties
  3. Carrier brokerage fees
  4. Customs clearance charges
  5. Any additional carrier handling fees
Understanding Tariffs on Our Products
All LED modules and drivers that we offer qualify for tariff-free treatment under current USMCA/CUSMA rules.
Customs Documentation We Provide

We email the following documents when your order ships:

  1. An electronic copy of the commercial invoice will be submitted to UPS, FedEx, and DHL
  2. Electronic copies of commonly requested customs documents will be submitted to UPS
  3. We currently cannot submit electronic copies of commonly requested documents to FedEx or DHL. We will email you copies of these documents when your order ships.
For UPS shipments, we submit electronic copies of these documents directly to the carrier when your order ships. For FedEx and DHL, you will need to submit these documents to your carrier if requested.
If Your Carrier Requests Additional Documents
Contact us and we’ll determine whether we can provide what’s needed.
Customs Clearance Delays
Normal customs clearance takes 24–72 hours. If your shipment is held longer, contact your carrier to check for missing documentation or pending payments.
We can provide additional documents upon request, but we cannot resolve delays caused by customs holds, carrier routing issues, or unpaid duties.
If Tariffs Were Incorrectly Applied
Carriers occasionally misclassify products and apply incorrect tariffs. If this happens, you can dispute the charges through your carrier’s online dispute process.
