Returns & Refunds
All non-custom products sold on the Luxeon Star LED website may be returned for a full refund (less shipping costs and payment fees) within 30 days of purchase providing they have been unused and in their original packaging. Orders over US $100.00 (USD) may be subject to a re-stocking fee. Please contact us for additional details before you order. Refund payments are only provided when we have received the returned items.
Custom-built and special order products are non-returnable/non-refundable.
Written quotes (mailed, emailed, or faxed) may have modified return/exchange conditions that supersede this return/exchange policy.
High-power LEDs are current-driven devices that must be powered using a current-regulated power source. Current-limiting resistors or voltage-regulated power supplies are unsuitable for providing current-regulated or current-limited power to high-brightness LEDs. We will only warrant LEDs that are driven using a current-regulating driver or power supply designed explicitly for high-brightness LEDs.

Cancellation, Returns & Exchange Policy For Custom Built LED Modules
Orders for custom-built LED modules (any module that uses customer-selected components and is not part of our regular product line) cannot be canceled or altered once your order has been reviewed and submitted to production! So be sure you have selected the correct LEDs before submitting your order!
Custom products cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.

You may cancel any unshipped (non-custom) order without penalty. To cancel an order, please email service@luxeonstar.com.
How To Return An Item
Before you return any item, you must contact us at service@luxeonstar.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will provide complete return instructions when we issue the RMA number.
