US Shipping Policy Update
Important Information for Cross-Border Shipments from Canada
Policy Changes Effective Immediately
Due to recent changes in tariff and de minimis rules between the US and Canada, we have updated our shipping policies for all US orders. Please review the following information carefully before you order.
Shipping Account Requirements
- Prepaid shipping is no longer available for shipments to the United States
- All orders must be shipped using your own carrier account (UPS, FedEx, or DHL)
- Carrier account details must be provided during checkout
- Orders cannot be processed without valid carrier account information
Fees and Charges
Important: In addition to shipping fees, you will be responsible for ALL of the following:
- All applicable tariffs and duties
- Carrier brokerage fees
- Customs clearance charges
- Any additional carrier handling fees
- All fees will be charged directly to your carrier account

Will I be charged tariffs for your products?
You will find the official and most current source of tariff information on the US Harmonized Tariff Schedule webpage.
Do Section 232 tariffs apply to your LED modules?
My carrier incorrectly charged tariffs on your modules or another product you provided.
Will you submit electronic copies of customs documentation to my carrier?
- An electronic copy of the commercial invoice will be submitted to UPS, FedEx, and DHL
- Electronic copies of commonly requested customs documents will be submitted to UPS
- We currently cannot submit electronic copies of commonly requested documents to FedEx or DHL. We will email you copies of these documents when your order ships.

- Commercial Invoice
- USMCA/CUSMA Certificate
- FDA Form
- USDA Form
- EPA Form
- Section 232 Form
My carrier is requesting a document you have not provided. Can you supply it?
My shipment has been stuck in customs for several days now. How can I get it moving again?
