Arctic Silver™ low thermal resistance adhesive is a two part adhesive recommended for permanently bonding LED assemblies to a heat sink. Made with 99.8% pure micronized silver, Arctic Silver offers an exceptionally low thermal resistance of less than 0.0045 °C/W, outperforming virtually any other LED to heat sink fastening method.
