Thermally conductive, electrically isolating, pressure-sensitive adhesive pads are cut to fit 15 mm x 11 mm rectangular LED modules. Made from Bergquist Bond-Ply® 100, these pads make it easy to fasten the base directly to a heat sink without the need for screws, clip mounts, or fasteners.
Pricing is per sheet. Each sheet includes 10 pre-cut pads.
To ensure that an optimal thermal interface is created when using thermal tape, a free Thermal Press tool is included with each shipment of this product.
