Your Choice Of Any 4 Rebel LEDs Soldered To A SinkPAD-II Quad Base
Have four different Rebel LEDs mounted to the same SinkPAD-II™ Quad base. You can order one or order thousands, there is no minimum order requirement or extra fees.
The SinkPAD-II™ uses second generation technology to minimize thermal resistance by eliminating the dielectric layer so that the LED thermal pad is soldered directly to the aluminium base. This ensures the lowest possible LED junction temperature, resulting in increased LED life, lumens output and overall reliability.

Important Notes About Ordering The SP-08 Color Mixer
- Orders for color mixers cannot be canceled or altered once your order has been reviewed and submitted to production! So be very sure that you have selected the correct LEDs before you submit your order!
- Before you order cyan LEDs, please be sure to read this important information about color variations.
- Modules are designed to power each LED separately for controlled color mixing. However, you can easily convert the module to power all four LEDs in series with two solder dots. See the connection diagrams below.
Thermal Management
The SinkPAD-II SP-08 color mixing LED module requires careful attention to mounting and cooling to ensure that the junction temperature of all LEDs is kept well below their maximum ratings specified in the Lumileds datasheet. We recommend that the module be mounted to an aluminum or copper finned heatsink exposed to open air for optimal cooling. The module can be mounted to the heat sink in one of two ways:
- Pressure-sensitive, thermally conductive tape for 23mm Quad LED modules (Recommended)
- Arctic Silver thermally conductive adhesive
Before fastening the module to the heat sink, ensure that the two mating surfaces are perfectly flat and clean to maximize heat transfer to the heatsink. Mechanical fasteners are not recommended for this module. The bottom of the LED module is electrically neutral, so it is unnecessary to electrically isolate the base from the cooling surface.

A current-regulating LED driver is required between the power supply and the LED module to ensure that the LED is not powered above its maximum current rating. You can learn more about powering high-power LED modules here.
All drivers listed here are 100% compatible with the SP-08 LED module. The driver you select will depend on your specific requirements.
