If a product fails to meet its performance specifications or is defective in any way when delivered, we will be happy to replace or repair the product at our discretion. Notice of possible defective products must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Our guarantee does not apply to products that have been subject to misuse, including, but not limited to,
- The application of a Reverse Voltage to LEDs
- Not providing sufficient over-current or startup spike protection
- Static discharge due to lack of ESD precautions during handling
- Overheating due to inadequate thermal cooling
- Modifications or alterations during assembly that make it impossible for Quadica Developments Inc. technicians to test the product.
