All non-custom or non-binned products sold on the Luxeon Star LED website may be returned for a full refund (less shipping costs and payment fees) within 30 days of purchase providing they have been unused and in their original packaging.
- Custom-built products are non-returnable.
- Orders over $100 (USD) may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Refund payments are only provided when we have received the returned items.
