How do I place an order?

This is the fastest method for most customers. Add products to your cart, check out, and pay online. Your order will be reviewed promptly, and any LED modules that need to be built will be automatically submitted to our production queue.

You don’t need an account to check out, but creating one lets you save shipping addresses and view past orders. See How do I create an account?.

Emailed Purchase Order

If your organization issues purchase orders, email your PO to service@luxeonstar.com, and we’ll enter the order on your behalf. This method is primarily for our term account customers. If you don’t have a term account yet but want to pay by PO, see Do you accept purchase orders?.

Good to know before you order

• No minimum order quantities. Order a single part or a thousand, we manufacture LED modules to order with no minimums.
• We ship worldwide from our facility in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada.
• US customers: please review our Important Shipping & Tariff Information page before ordering. US-bound shipments require a customer-provided UPS, FedEx, or DHL account.

• Lead times vary depending on what’s in stock vs. built to order. See LED Module Lead Times.
